Cory graduated from the University of North Texas in 2006 with a degree in kinesiology and spent 10 years as a coach and teacher, primarily with the Lewisville Independent School District, serving as an FCA huddle coach. In 2015, he officially joined FCA and now serves as the Area Director for Greater Denton County, leading an amazing team who engages, equips, and empowers coaches and athletes for Jesus Christ and His Church. He married his wife, Jessica, in 2011, and together are raising their three children—Cayden (12), Sadie (11), and Sloan (7).

Daisy is from Tulsa, Oklahoma and began gymnastics at just two years old. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Texas Woman’s University, where she competed on the gymnastics team from 2019–2024. It was at TWU that she first got involved with FCA and saw God transform both her and her team. Daisy joined staff in January 2025 and currently serves at Argyle and TWU.

Damian graduated from the University of North Texas in 2025, where he competed in track and field in the 100 and 200 meters. While at UNT, he  met his wife, Angelica, and got married in 2025.

With a degree in journalism, Damian believes strongly in the power of storytelling. He seeks to equip young people with the tools to share their stories with authenticity and purpose—shaping culture, building community, and inspiring positive change. Damian joined FCA staff in 2025.

Madison graduated from Texas Tech University with her undergraduate degree and completed her master’s degree in Counseling and Ministry at California Baptist University, finishing in December of 2024. She played collegiate volleyball all four years, where athletics became a platform the Lord used to grow her leadership and heart for ministry. With her background in counseling, Madison has a deep passion for discipling the next generation in the truth of God’s Word. In 2025, Madison joined FCA staff and is excited to see the Lord encounter, disciple, and fight for the hearts of the next generation.

Erin Tech is a wife and mom of 3 young girls. She was a gymnast for 18 years, concluding with an NCAA collegiate career at Texas Woman’s University (TWU) where her team won 2 National Championship titles. Erin joined FCA staff in June 2022 and works part-time with FCA at TWU. She has a passion for making Christ known on that campus and raising up disciples who make disciples.
